Governance

The Women’s Work Lab is set up as a Community Interest Company limited by guarantee without share capital (Company number 11860694)

Our stated aims are to support under-represented women aged 25+ to fulfill their career potential and become work ready. We aim to unlock potential and lay the foundations for a brighter future for our mums. Outcomes for participants include new careers, positive role modelling for their families and communities and the creation of a vital support network.

As Co-Founders Rachel Mostyn and Camilla Rigby are the two directors of the C.I.C. They are supported by an independent board who oversee the governance of the organisation. The Board’s role is to provide strategic direction, set organisational aims and ensure that the Women’s Work Lab remains true to its purpose.
